In addition, this product has very good wear resistance and can be used as a necessary process for aviation and aerospace related products. The difference between anodic oxidation and hard anodic oxidation: anodic oxidation can be colored, and the decoration is much better than hard anodic oxidation. Construction points: Anodic oxidation requires very strict materials, and different materials have different decorative effects on the surface. Commonly used materials are 6061, 6063, 7075, 2024, etc., among them, 2024. is relatively inferior because of the different content of CU in the material. Therefore 7075 hard oxidation is yellow, 6061, 6063 are brown, but ordinary anodized 6061, 6063, 7075 is not much difference, but 2024 is prone to a lot of golden spots.

Common abnormal quality judgment

A. spots appear on the surface. This kind of abnormality is generally caused by poor metal quenching and tempering or poor material itself. The treatment method is to re-heat treatment. Or change the material.  
B. rainbow colors appear on the surface. This kind of abnormality is generally caused by an anode operation error. It becomes loose when hanging, causing poor conductivity of the product. Solution, de-energize and re-anodize.  
C. the surface is bruised and scratched seriously. This kind of abnormality is generally caused by careless operation during transportation or processing, and the treatment method is to return the electricity, polish and re-energize.  
D. white spots appear on the surface during dyeing. This abnormality is generally caused by oil or other impurities in the water during anode operation.

Reference to aluminum alloy machining quality standards

1. The film thickness is 5-25um, the hardness is above 200HV, the color change rate of the sealing experiment is less than 5%.
2. The salt spray experiment is more than 36  hours, and can reach the CNS  standard above 9.
3. The appearance must not be bruised, scratched, colored clouds, etc. The surface of aluminum alloy machined parts must not have any undesirable phenomena such as hanging points, yellowing, etc. 
Remarks: Die-cast aluminum parts, such as A380, A365, A382 , etc. cannot be anodized.
